- Hlist is a text file viewer with a graphical interface intended to
- browse CD-ROM or directories with lot of files. It has innovatives and
- powerful features:
- - reading text file inside ZIP archives.
- - automatically searching file in a whole disk.
- - jump to a chapter by a click on a title in a summary (no linkage
- necessary).
- - display directory with short descriptions of files (no previous
- linkage again).

- Ability or limits:
- - HLIST handles very big files with no size limit.
- - Lines up to 256 characters long.

- Requirements:
- - An AT with a 80286 processor. VGA. Mouse is used but not required.

- To install: Run the self-extracting archive and simply copy the files
- into a directory.

- To start, type: HLIST
- or HLIST [drive:][directory]textfile

- Registration cost: Free / 20$ for Hlist 2.0

- Hlist is a shareware product. Disk vendors who distributes shareware
- programs on diskettes and BBS, are permitted to distribute Hlist & Plus
- providing that:
- 1 - all files in the self-extracting HLIST11.ZIP or HLIST11.EXE are
- included on the distribution diskette, with no files modified.
- 2 - it is clearly pointed out that it is shareware.
